Leeuwin Coast's luscious Albany Rock Oysters are currently growing across farms in Albany and Carnarvon, harnessing the pristine waters off the Western Australian coastline. They are the only business growing Rock Oysters in Western Australia, offering a completely unique tasting Rock Oyster to the market. In keeping with their strong ethos of sustainability, Albany Rock Oysters are packed into hessian bags, which are bio-degradable and can be washed and re-used for storage or even in gardens to reduce weeds or cover compost piles. The bags will degrade into organic matter, enriching the soil in the process.
