Princi Butchers

The brief from seventh generation butcher shop and wholesaler, Princi Food Services, was to capture over 150 images of their raw and cured meats for their new online store. Photographer, Georgina Barker, and I took the shoot further producing a styled image for each of their products and the Princi family delighted in seeing thier high end product treated with creativity and respect. The images needed to reflect the quality and history behind this Perth institution.
