This piece is created from a photograph of a layered Turkish Delight Cake with fresh raspberry and rosewater cream, Persian fairy floss, soft Turkish delight, freeze dried raspberries and toasted pistachios. I created this fun, fabulous and totally over the top recipe for my Summer Desserts eBook and it was every bit as delicious as it looks.
